TP-Link Router offer a wide variety of features for business networks and can connect to different types of broadband connections, below are multiple guides and the video at the top of the screen will change for the guide that has been selected.
User Guides
Take your router out the box along with the DSL cable and the power supply
Plug your routers power supply into a electrical outlet and connect the DSL cable to the openreach socket on the wall and into the DSL port on the back of the router
It may take upto 5 minutes for your broadband to sync and have internet access. You will know when you are connected as the light for internet access will light up green
Take your router out the box along with the Ethernet cable and the power supply
Plug your routers power supply into a electrical outlet and press the on button on the back of the router. Then you will need to connect the ethernet cable to the fibre modem and into the WAN port on the back of the router
Your connection to your fibre internet should be live and ready to use within a minute. You will know when you are connected as the light for internet access will light up green

The Lights should be Green. If there is no light or a different colour is emitted please see the trouble shooting guides below.
Power light: This will show that the router has a power supply connect and is turned on
DSL Light: This will show that the router is connected to a Broadband line.
Internet Light: This will show when your router is connected to the internet and can be used
Wi-Fi Light: This will show that your router is giving out a wireless network
Ethernet Light: this will show that you have one or more cable plugged in for your local devices like a printer or PC
USB Light: This will show that you have a USB device plugged into the router

2.4GHz Wi-Fi Light: This will show that your router is giving out a 2.4GHz wireless network

Internet Light: This will show when your router is connected to the internet and can be used

When your first onboard with us we will ask if you want your Wi-Fi password to be changed, We will change the password to what you have requested.
If you have not requested a custom password, The Wi-Fi will be on the default password. You can find this password on a sticker on the bottom of your router.
If you would like to change the password of your Wi-Fi at any point please email us at help@associated-telecom.com and we can assist you.
When you first onboard with associated telecom we ask if the router needs to be PCI compliant. If you need this to be changed after installation please contact our technical support team at help@associated-telecom.com and we will be able to assist you.
Troubleshooting Guides
If you believe your router is having a static session or if you would like to reboot this, please follow the next steps.
Unplug the DSL Cable and Plug, and alongside any other cables out of the router.
Leave the router for 15 minutes, this allows any static sessions to pass through and the router will shut it self-down.
Once the 15 minutes are up, please reconnect the router with the DSL Cable and plug
Allow the router to boot up and if all lights are Green, please proceed to reconnect your devices.
If you have connected your fibre router to the modem and have no internet connection you may have plugged this into a LAN port on the back of the router.
You need to check the cable going from the fibre modem is connected to the port on the back of your router which says WAN this port will coloured blue.
